The Challenge

This 40-year-old commercial real estate organization hadn't produced a brochure in nearly 20 years, and they needed something dynamic that would entice regional brokers to join as well as remind current members of the benefits they already had.

In researching and collecting stock photos for this and the social media/email campaigns, I made sure to include a diverse spectrum of people to show the true look of modern commercial real estate brokers.
